CBOE and FlexTrade Systems Inc. (FlexTrade) have created a jointly owned entity, Signal Trading Systems, LLC (STS), to develop and market a multi-asset front-end order entry system, known as PULSe, which will have a particular emphasis on options trading. CBOE and FlexTrade each own a 50 percent interest in STS, with CBOE serving as the Managing Member.
