I can't log in to my online course.

Please log in here. If you have forgotten both your username and password, please visit the Forgot Password form and enter the email address attached to your MyCBOE account and both your username and password will be sent to that email address.

If you have forgotten the email address that you have on file, please visit the e-mail link at the bottom of the page to request them.

What is my username and/or password?

If you have your email address, you may request your username/password at the Forgot Password page. If you have forgotten the email address that you have on file, please visit the e-mail link at the bottom of the page to request them.

Is there any way to preview the courses before I pay for one?

Unfortunately, we do not provide previews of our online courses. Please visit our Course Description page in order to access an overview and outline of each online course.

What is my Registration Code?

Our current registration code is located within our Learning Center. Please click on the course you desire to register for and click on “Register Now!” for more information and the applicable registration code.

I am having problems with the registration process. How do I register?

In order to register for CBOE's online courses, you must first log in to your MyCBOE account here.

If you do not have a Free MyCBOE account, please click on “Not a MyCBOE user?” at the page above.

Once you are registered and logged in, please click on the course you desire to register for and click on “Register Now!” for more information and the applicable registration code.

What is the cost for the online courses?

Please visit CBOE's Online Course Descriptions in order to access detailed information regarding current costs and special promotions.

I registered for your courses but do not know how to access them, please help.

First be sure you are logged in here. Once you are logged in, click on Access Your Courses. You will be then taken to your Course Status Page where your course is listed under Courses Currently Enrolled In, click on the the title of your course and you will be taken directly to the course materials.

How do I take the exam or where is the link to the exam?

You may access each online exam by clicking on the “Summary” link within each course’s “Table of Contents”. Once you are on the Summary page, please click on the Start Exam button.

Please note that all exams must be completed before your course expiration date. That date may be found within the Education Confirmation email you received when you originally registered for the course.

Important: All exams will open in a new window, please disable any pop-up blocker application or add cboe.com to your safe list.

Can I bookmark the exam?

No. However, if you need to exit your exam before it is completed, you may click on the Pause icon. Once you re-enter your exam, you will begin at the at the question where you paused. Please note that all exams must be completed before your course expiration date. That date may be found within the Education Confirmation email you received when you originally registered for the course.

I entered my CRD# and the system is telling me that this number does not exist.

The CRD field is different from the registration code field. Your CRD# will not be accepted as a course registration code. However, you will be prompted for your CRD# later in the registration process. If you did not receive the code, please visit the e-mail link at the bottom of this page to request one.
