Seminar Materials for Advisors

The CBOE Options Institute has presentation material available for you to give to your clients and prospects. These presentations include speaker notes to guide you through the presentation. We currently have 3 presentations available for you to use, with more to come soon. The topics and approximate length of the presentations are:

  • Basic/Introduction to Options (1:15 minutes)
  • The Covered Call (45 minutes)
  • Selling Equity Puts (30 minutes)

Although CBOE's Compliance Department has approved the material, your SROP must also approve it for you to use. Please contact Felicia Tatum of the Options Institute at 312-786-7760. She will e-mail you the presentations you wish to use, and the SROP approval letter which must be signed and returned before giving any of the presentations.


Seminar Events

The Options Seminar for Financial Advisors and Planners is designed for those new to options. It will help advisors better understand options concepts and options strategies. It will also cover various applications discussed in case study format to help advisors understand how to better manage risk and generate income using options. To learn more click here.
