HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
The room rate is $220 per night (single or double occupancy). Suites are available upon request. A guarantee and/or a 50% deposit will be requested at the time a reservation is made. Late arrivals and early departures will be billed for the number of nights that they do not honor on their reservation. In order to guarantee the special discount rates, the conference organizers and the hotel have agreed that all hotel reservations must be made on or before Friday, December 28, 2001. After this date, the conference organizers may release rooms for general sale and rooms may sell out quickly.
Cancellation penalties may apply. Reservations cancelled after December 28 and prior to 72 hours before check-in will be billed for one night room and tax. Reservations cancelled inside of the 72-hour cut-off will be billed for 50% of the total revenue plus tax for the entire stay, subject to a one night minimum charge.
