The CBOE, CBOT and CME are offering sponsorship opportunities for our distinguished industry event. As a sponsor, your firm will be closely associated with a conference that has proven each year to be an important event in the futures and options industry. Conference Sponsorships

Exchange Member Conference Sponsor -- $5,000      Unlimited

1 free firm registration. 2 free client only registrations. Firm literature placement/distribution opportunity during the conference. Company name printed on sponsor page of invitation mailing. Company logo printed on sponsor card set at each place at the Sponsors' Dinner. Eligible for a 50% discount on other sponsorship opportunities.

Full Conference Sponsor -- $7,500      Limit 15

1 free firm registration. 2 free client only registrations. 1 six-foot skirted table located in either the conference registration area or the conference educational session area. Company name printed on sponsor page of invitation mailing. Eligible for a minimal 50% discount on other sponsorship opportunities.

Media Conference Sponsor      Unlimited

2 free non-reporter firm registrations. Publication placement/distribution opportunity during the conference. Company name printed on sponsor page of invitation mailing. All this in exchange for advertising space as negotiated through the RMC advertising coordinator. Eligible for a 50% discount on other sponsorship opportunities.

Amenity and Event Sponsorships

RMC Conference Bags -- no charge (you provide the bags)     Sold

Every conference delegate needs something to hold their materials. A bag, provided by you, will be given to each conference delegate at registration. Bags must be pre-approved by the RMC; no plastic bags will be accepted. Registration uses 400-500 bags.

RMC Room Deliveries -- $1000/$500*      Unlimited

Would you like to be sure a RMC delegate gets something from your organization? You may have an item or package of items delivered to their room. Room deliveries must be pre-approved by the RMC, and will be coordinated through RMC conference management. You just need to ship the items to the conference hotel.

Continental Breakfast Sponsorships -- $2,000/$1000*      Limit 3

The RMC has a continental breakfast before each of the three general sessions. You provide mugs, cups, glasses with your firm logo for the conference delegates, and this breakfast is yours. We'll be sure and put your firm name or logo on the printed agenda.

Lunch Sponsorships -- $3,000/$1,500*      Limit 1

The RMC has a complete luncheon on Friday, in the middle of the conference. You provide a promotional item and piece of literature to set at each place, and the luncheon is yours. We'll be sure and put your firm name or logo on the printed agenda.

The RMC Tennis Tournament -- $1,500/750*     

We'll put together this Round Robin Tournament, and you can have any signs or other promotional items available for tournament participants. And, we'll include firm name or logo in all printed information (including the invitation). Tournament Sponsorship includes Practice and Tournament Supervision with the Resort's Tennis Pro, refreshments and either American Express or Resort Pro Shop $50.00 Gift Certificate Prizes.

The RMC Golf Tournament -- $10,000/5,000*     Sold

We organize the tournament, and provide a sleeve of golf balls, but you can have any signs or other promotional items available for tournament participants. And, we'll include firm name or logo on all printed information (including the invitation). Tournament Sponsorship includes sponsorship of range time, tournament contests, beverage carts, and American Express Gift Certificate Prizes.

Golf Carts/Box Lunches -- $5,000/$2,500*     Sold

Your company logo will be printed on the player signs in the golf cart, and you may have any gifts or information distributed to each golf cart. This opportunity will directly reach over 125 conference delegates.

Beverage Stand and Cart -- $1,000/$500* (per stand or cart)     Sold

Just provide a sign or two and we'll put it on the beverage stand at the beginning of the tournament on the carts that roam the course. The carts are authorized to provide drinks for all tournament participants!

RMC Golf Tournament Contests:     Sold

  • Ladies and Men's Longest Drive -- $3,000/$1,500*
  • Ladies and Men's Closest to the Pin -- $3,000/1,500*
  • Ladies and Men's Longest Drive and Closet-to-the-Pin -- $5,000/$2,500*
In each of these events, you "own" the hole and can provide signs or other promotional items for all golfers or just the winners of the events. We will provide the contest organization and also have $50.00 American Express Gift Certificates for the winners.
