What is the Risk Management Conference?
Now in its 23rd year, the RMC is hosted by the Chicago Board Options Exchange, Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. It is designed for financial professionals and is widely recognized as the leading financial industry event of its kind. The program includes fixed-income, equity and general risk management sessions, with topics ranging from basic fundamentals to advanced derivative applications in a global marketplace.
When and where will the Risk Management Conference take place?
The 23rd Annual Risk Management Conference will be held on Sunday, March 4 - Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa in Huntington Beach, California.
Who should attend?*
The Risk Management Conference is designed for institutional investors. Past attendees have included pension plan sponsors, corporate treasurers, chief financial officers, portfolio managers, mutual fund managers and investment advisors.
I am a retail investor. Should I attend this conference?
This is probably not the correct forum for you. This conference is designed for institutional investors and those who are managing money for large firms. Contact CBOE's Options Institute, the Chicago Board of Trade, or the Chicago Mercantile Exchange for programs for individual investors.
What is the dress code?
While there is no specific dress code, participants in the past have dressed in resort casual attire. If you wish, you may assume business casual attire for the Welcome Reception, but it is not required.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend the Risk Management Conference, another individual from your firm may attend in your place, or we will provide a full refund if your cancellation is received in writing prior to February 2, 2007. After that date and through February 28, 2007 a $250 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. There will be no refunds distributed after February 28, 2007.

No, you must contact the hotel separately to reserve your room.
