We understand that planning for your future is important. We offer a 401(k) retirement plan that we call the SMART Plan, which allows you to contribute up to 13% on a pre-tax basis. After one year of tenure, CBOE provides a generous $2 for $1 company match on the first 4% of your contributions.
Our Transportation Program provides the option to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for commuting expenses to and from work via public transit such as Metra, PACE or CTA.
