The WisdomTree U.S. Short Term High Yield Corporate
Bond Fund seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and
expenses, of the WisdomTree U.S. Short Term High Yield Corporate
Bond Index. The Index is designed to
capture the performance of selected issues in the short-term U.S.
non-investment-grade corporate bond market that are deemed to have attractive
fundamental, valuation, and income characteristics. The Index employs a
multi-step process, which screens based on fundamental characteristics of bonds
to identify bonds with favorable fundamental characteristics and then tilts to
those individual bonds that offer attractive income and valuation.
