Effective October 6, 2021, all Cboe-affiliated U.S. Equities markets will harmonize the re-opening process following a trading halt, suspension, or pause during the pre-market and post-market sessions. Effective September 29, 2021, Cboe Global Markets will make available to Members a 'Hard-to-Borrow List' accessible via the Port Controls tool in the US Customer Web Portal application and Secure Web API, pending regulatory approval. As previously announced, the Premium Exchange Tools suite became available for all Cboe-affiliated Equities Exchanges on July 1, 2021. This suite of enhanced reports and services is accessible via the Cboe Customer Web Portal. Effective July 23, 2021, all Cboe-affiliated US Equities Exchanges will sunset the ComplianceID field (FIX Tag 376) along with the “Use Compliance ID” port attribute. Effective June 11, 2021, Cboe BZX Equities Exchange ("BZX") will implement the following changes. The closing auction cutoff time will change from 3:55 p.m. ET to 3:59 p.m. ET. Additionally, the Market-On-Close (MOC)/Limit-On-Close (LOC) order cutoff time and Late-Limit-On-Close (LLOC) acceptance time will change from 3:55 p.m. ET to 3:59 p.m. ET. Effective February 1, 2021, Cboe will provide Lead Market Makers (LMMs) the ability to opt-in to the LMM Add Liquidity Rate program monthly on a symbol-by-symbol basis, subject to regulatory review. On the effective date, LMMs will be able to opt-in to the LMM Add Liquidity Rate program which provides an outsized rebate per share model for ETPs that have a CADV of 1,000,000 or greater.
