The Invesco S&P 500 Minimum Variance ETF seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the S&P 500Minimum Volatility Index.  The Index is composed of a subset of constituent securities in the S&P 500Index. The Underlying Index measures the performance of a portfolio of equity securities using a managed volatility strategy that seeks to achieve lower total risk than the S&P 500Index, while maintaining other similar characteristics of the S&P 500Index.
