Cboe Australia, formerly known as Chi-X, launched in October 2011. In June 2021, Cboe Global Markets, Inc., completed its acquisition of Chi-X Asia Pacific Holdings, Ltd. and its subsidiaries including Chi-X Australia Pty Ltd.
