Heartbeat

Heartbeat messages must be sent once every 5 seconds in order to keep the client's connection to the spin server alive. Heartbeat messages are sent using the Sequenced Unit Header message header as described in CFE Sequenced Unit Header Message Fields and Heartbeat Messages Message Fields.
