Reimbursement Request

Submit the Reimbursement Request form within the Reimbursement Request Tool when a loss has been incurred due to a Cboe systems issue. Provide details within theTrade Event Information and Claim Information sections. The Contact Information section is pre-populated with the user’s contact information.

The user should provide details of the trades that incurred the loss as well as the covering trades.

Each of Cboe’s exchanges has a Limitation of Liability rule that users should be aware of when submitting a compensation request. The rule can be found in the associated Exchange Rule Book for each of the exchanges.
