Gap Request Proxy Messages

The following messages are used for initializing a TCP/IP connection to the Gap Request Proxy (GRP) and to request message retransmissions. Participants only need to implement the following messages if gap requests will be made. Each of the following message types must be wrapped by an unsequenced unit header as described in Sequenced Unit Header. The following messages will not be delivered using multicast.
