Implementation of the Overnight Trading Session is contingent on industry readiness. As such, this Clearing Letter of Guarantee shall take effect only upon the commencement of the operation of the Overnight Trading Session. Additionally, for the avoidance of doubt, the term “Overnight Trading Session” shall mean the time between 9:00 p.m., on any night preceding a business day, and 4:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the following calendar day.
