Manage Entries

Manage Entries enables users to save trade entry data for specific EFIDs and accounts. Submitters and counterparty Authorized Reporters can save the EFID, account, CTI code, Capacity code, OEO ID, and Country Code information for EFIDs and accounts that are commonly used for Block and ECRP trade reporting and acceptance. In addition, submitters and counterparty Authorized Reporters can create nicknames for the EFID, account, CTI code, Capacity code, OEO ID, and Country Code information entered for a specific EFID or account to auto-populate in the referenced fields within the Block and ECRP Trades tool.

Select Manage Entries at the top of the Block/ECRP tool.

From the Add Party template, users may assign a nickname for an Account profile that is associated with a list of EFIDs used in reporting Block/ECRP trades. Note: Although the list of EFIDs from the drop down contains EFIDs used in Block/ECRP reporting, you may only use the EFID(s) that the authorized reporter has been designated to use for Block/ECRP trading by Cboe Membership services.

In addition, users may add account, clearing account, CTI Code, CMTA, Capacity Operator ID, and Country Code information. Click the Record Sharable box to allow others in your firm to copy over the entry.

Repeating the process above will allow the Block/ECRP reporter to enter different trade profiles to use with a specific EFID. Use a different nickname to define distinct trade profiles.

To edit an entry after creation, scroll to the right-hand side of the Manage Entries screen and select the Edit icon.
