Block/ECRP Authorized Reporters

This tool is specific to the Cboe Futures Exchange. It allows CFE Authorized Reporters to input and accept or reject Block and ECRP Trades. Only CFE Authorized Reporters can successfully submit Block and ECRP Futures and Options trades to the CFE Matching Engine. For options on futures trades, only blocks are supported.

The Block/ECRP Authorized Reporters privilege allows users to view the current listing of CFE Block/ECRP Authorized Reporters for their firm. For each Authorized Reporter, the list displays the following details:

  • Clearing Member Name
  • OCC/CCUS IDs for the Clearing Firm
  • Authorized Reporter name and firm
  • Block/ECRP reporting relationship Allowed
  • EFID for Block/ECRP reporting
  • Date the Authorized Reporter was granted the Block/ECRP reporting privilege

The list can be downloaded as a CSV file. Additionally, the privilege provides a link to the forms needed to add, remove, or modify an Authorized Reporter's Block/ECRP reporting privileges.
