Delayed Transparency Data Downloads

Cboe Europe makes delayed transparency data files available as comma-separated values (see the specification document for more details). This delayed data is made available, 15 minutes after its initial publication, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 600/2014 and Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFIR and MiFID II). Data for every minute can be downloaded through the minutely files as well as an aggregated daily file covering EU post trade data which is only available at the end of the day.   1. Delayed Data — Not Real-Time
    Cboe Europe makes certain market data available 15 minutes after its initial publication ("Delayed Data") in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) No.600/2014 and Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFIR and MiFID II) via this website. The Delayed Data does not reflect real-time market activity and should not be relied upon as such.
  2. No Warranty as to Accuracy, Completeness, or Timeliness
    The Delayed Data is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without any representation or warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including — without limitation — any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, currency, or sequence of the Delayed Data, or any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
