System Status

On CFE system startup, CFE market data feeds provide an initial price limit levels message for products which trade with a limit up/limit down band.  CFE has identified a software issue beginning April 19, 2021 resulting in only these initial price limit levels messages not having been sent on CFE market data feeds for such products following system restart.  The issue has had no impact on the actual price level limits, the triggering of price level limits, the sending of subsequent price level update messages, or upon any other part of the CFE trading system. Products which trade with limit up/limit down bands are identified on the CFE Product Level System Parameters page.

This issue will resolved by a corrective software patch effective with system startup on August 8, 2021.
All CFE trading systems are operating normally.

CFE reported a value of $9,991.22 as the final settlement value of the AMB1/April 2021 futures contract in error.  The correct final settlement value for the AMB1/April 2021 contract is $9,990.92

Cboe Website Status Update

Cboe has identified a DNS issue impacting the cboe.com website and has made appropriate changes to resolve the issue. The changes to resolve the issue will be in effect for all customers at 1:45 PM ET. Until then, some customers may experience sporadic issues accessing the cboe.com website. Customers that do experience issues are advised to call the Cboe Trade Desk, Cboe OSC, or CFE Trade Desk directly for immediate support.

CFE reported a value of $145.29 as the final settlement value of IBHY/March 2021 futures contract in error.  A corrected value will be disseminated later this evening when the updated value is received by CFE.
