Reminder - Impact of Juneteenth Closure on VIX Derivatives

As a reminder, certain VIX options (symbol: VIX) as well as a VX future and a VXM future (symbols: VX/K6 and VXM/K6) will have an expiration date of Tuesday, May 19, 2026. The settlement process for monthly VIX options and the monthly VX/K6 and VXM/K6 futures will occur on Tuesday instead of Wednesday during that week due to the constituent S&P 500 Index options (symbol: SPX) used to calculate the settlement value being closed for trading on Friday, June 19, 2026.
