Ownership and Control Reporting (OCR) Portal
In order to submit CFTC 102 forms manually through CFE's web based OCR portal, electronically through XML transmission, or through a third party provider, firms must first register with the Exchange. If you have not already done so, please click here to register for OCR access.
If you have already established an OCR account with the Exchange, click here to submit a CFTC 102 by web-form or to add or amend your firms SFTP Key for XML processing.
The OCR Portal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Neither CBOE Futures Exchange, LLC ("CFE") nor any person or entity affiliated with CFE shall have any liability for any failure or malfunction of the OCR Portal, including any inability to submit OCR data through the OCR Portal, or any fault in the delivery, delay, omission, suspension, inaccuracy, or termination, or any other cause, in connection with the furnishing, performance, maintenance, use, or inability to use all or any part of the OCR Portal.
