Cboe Options Exchanges to Begin Listing Options on Qualifying Securities

Effective January 26, 2026, the Cboe Options Exchanges will begin listing up to two Monday and Wednesday expirations for options on certain individual stocks or Exchange‑Traded Fund (ETF) Shares ("Qualifying Securities"). Qualifying Securities are evaluated quarterly using the criteria described below. Securities meeting all criteria as of quarter‑end will be eligible for listing in the following quarter.

A Qualifying Security is an individual stock or ETF that meets all of the following on the last trading day of the prior calendar quarter:

• Market capitalization greater than $700 billion for individual stocks based on the closing price, or AUM greater than $50 billion for ETFs based on NAV.

• Monthly options volume greater than 10 million sides in the month preceding quarter‑end.

• Position limit of at least 250,000 contracts.

• Participates in the Penny Interval Program.

A Qualifying Security expiry will not be listed on any day when the issuer is scheduled to announce earnings after market close. These criteria are reviewed each calendar quarter to determine eligibility for the following quarter. Below is the list of Qualifying Securities to be listed on the effective date.
