The Fund seeks to provide returns that track the share price returns of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (the Underlying ETF), at the end of the current Outcome Period, at a specified Participation Rate (a percentage of the Underlying ETF's positive returns), while providing a Buffer against 100% of Underlying ETF losses. Each Outcome Period will be a three-month calendar quarter, i.e., from January 1 to March 31, April 1 to June 30, July 1 to September 30, or October 1 to December 31.
