Investment Objective
The Sterling Capital Hedged Equity Premium Income ETF is an actively-managed ETF that seeks to provide long-term capital growth, income and preservation of capital. The Fund will pursue its investment objective by investing primarily in U.S. large- and mid-cap equity and equity-related securities. The Fund will also employ a dynamic option overlay strategy by writing covered call options and buying protective put and put spreads options on up to 100% of the Funds portfolio in order to generate income and mitigate (or hedge against) downside risk.
