Position/OCR Reporting Portal

Large Trader Reporting ("LTR") & Ownership and Control Reporting ("OCR")

Through CFE’s web-based Position/OCR Reporting Portal, registered users can:

  1. Submit CFTC 102 Forms manually through the Exchange’s web-based portal, electronically via SFTP transmission, or through a third-party provider.
  2. Beginning on March 30, 2026 (for trade date March 27, 2026), file an 80-character Large Trader Report manually through the Exchange’s web-based portal (coming soon), or electronically via SFTP transmission. In anticipation of the March 30, 2026 implementation date, CFE is currently onboarding Large Trader Reporting Entities for certification and testing
