Invesco Galaxy Solana ETF (the Trust) is an exchange-traded product that issues common shares of beneficial interest (the Shares) that trade on Cboe BZX (the Exchange) under the ticker symbol QSOL. The Trusts investment objective is to reflect the performance of the spot price of solana as measured using Lukka Prime Solana Reference Rate (the Benchmark) plus any yield from staking the coin, less the Trusts expenses and other liabilities.
