Under normal circumstances, The Fund seeks capital appreciation by investing at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, if any, in companies that the Adviser believes will benefit from UFO Disclosure. For purposes of this 80% test, UFO Disclosure refers to the disclosure, confirmation, or exploitation of Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) and Non-Human Intelligence (NHI) technologies. The UFO Disclosure strategy is thematic, based on the Advisers beliefs and opinions and is entirely speculative.
